The primary responsibility of this position will be to supervise the teaching staff, support staff, volunteers and students; as well as oversee day-to-day school operations of a Christian School.
To succeed in this role, you must have a willingness and desire to serve in a Christian school. You should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the national and state education systems and their regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also important skills you should demonstrate as a principal. The candidate must possess a passion for educational leadership!
